Suburbia grow 09

I had a few questions, one, how tall will my girl get? She is about 40"-42" tall now, and about 3' wide. (See first pic)

Second, I posted a while ago about asking if my girl was flowering, I was told it can happen sometimes, but after about a week or so of not seeing any improvement in the flowering areas, I'm wondering if it is starting to re veg? (See second pic)

And with that being answered, what nutes should I be giving at this point? (I would like it to flower asap since it will give me plenty of weed to smoke for months) I have Grow big and Tiger bloom.

Yes, I know the pics aren't the best, they are from my phone, which can't focus.. or it may, and I just don't know how yet. Anyone know if you can adjust focus on a blackberry bold? I just got mine

I can't really tell.. but that looks kind of like one of the V shaped green-spiked(for lack of the correct term) that is on both sides of a node. Does it hair hairs shooting out of it?

yeah, all over, and it's just not on that one node. but i've seen no improvement in the last few days, which makes me think it started to reveg
