Stunted Growth Question

Ok, so i had two baby plants in one pot, only about a week old, anyway i transplanted one and it's growth seems to be stunted, it's looks healthy, nice and green no discolor or droop. but growing at a very slow rate now.

You think it will recover, or have i ruined it? it's been 3 days since i transplanted and it's still not growing as fast as the others.

It takes about a week for a plant to recover from transplanting. have Patience.
