Stressing my girl to make a lot of trichomes ?

Environment, grower, genetics.
Actually, if you would take the time to research what affect sulfur has on plants, you'd see it is anything but a fad. The nutrient companies, when they bottle it up in liquid form, are sellin bs snake oil.
This, and UV supplementation, can increase tric's and their resin content.
As far as genetics, bagseed brought us chemdog. Don't buy into the flavor of the day pollen chuck, look for guys that seem to understand genetics, and if you're going to pay more than $75, make sure it's not an F1, get a worked line. Stable.
Some idiots pay 250 a pack for a fad lol
Grab a good NL cross and work thst shit.
You'll know if you're doing it right...
If you read the first sentence of my post again, what I meant (and may have been worded poorly) is that in this persons particular situation there is no additive that will improve his current grow and that having a good base line is going to serve him better than anything else. That is not to say that there are certain things you can do once your capable of producing a decent plant to improve resin production at that point. If he is 5 weeks into flowering and that is what he has... theres no amount of uv supplementation or sulfer or whatever that will improve his current plants.
As for geneteics, whats wrong with f1's? Ever heard of Bodhi? All he "breeds" are f1's and he has fantastic stuff at ~$70 per pack. He is an exception, yes, but don't shy away from f1's. I was simply saying that if the seeds he is growing contain the genetic possibility for low resin production plants, there is little he can do to bring more out of it. If there is the possibility for more resin in the genes to start with, he will have a much higher success rate of achieving his resin laiden goals.

I have 4 packs of bodhi. If his were 250 a pack, would be too much. I have goji as my profile pic. I don't shy away, I see the chuck for what it is lol
Genetics are a limiting factor, but i'd bet I can get a low resin strain to push more, given the right knowledge and environment.

Genetics is the true determination of a lot of what your asking. Treating it badly is not going to make it better. Let it grow!!!
Hey guys, as you can see in the pics, this is my main girl. With a nice main bud and also developing buds on the nodes right under the main cola.
I have been looking around the interwebs :D for methods to make buds bigger and with a lot of trichomes, and have found so many opinions about stressing the plant, cutting fan leaves ,etc, which all could work but could also do harm , so that is why I am asking you for some advice.
How can I stress my plant to produce lots of crystals ? so far I cant see any crystals in my plants bud :(
I know it might be early and I am impatient to see some trichs, but besides some special nute or bloom additive, what can I do physically to help my girl grow big and frosty?
Plant is now almost 5 weeks in flowering (its a slow first grow so yeah).
