Street chronic dosage for cancer?

I'm trying to figure out the dosage for a cancer patient without access to medical grade. Smoking isn't possible, was planning on making oil but really not sure the ratio of buds to oil (14g street grade hydro- approx 12.5% to 15% thc content and organic extra virgin coconut) to fill lest say hypothetically 50 "00". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Cancerous growth on adrenal gland, has grown through kidney wall. Previously but in remission: bone (upper arm), lung, brain

Essentially you are looking at 1 to 2 grams/day and it works better for some type of tumors than others, very speculative.
