Strange Leaves curling on sides... Please help!

I have this AK47, 2 weeks old, with curling leaves, what can it be? Germination was excellent, soil is 35% from my garden (dried to the sun, no roots , worms or anything), 15% worm compost, 20% normal compost, 15% perlite and 15% vermiculite. Ph of water is unknown (I'm using tap water).
Lamps are: 1 x DIY Led lamp (lots of red, lots of blue, plus white, yellow and green, 216 leds total) and 1 x amber CFL.
No heat at all. Temp is around 20 celsius. The place is clean and aired, but soil took several days to dry...
Any Ideas?
I don't have any more seeds and in my country is almost impossible to get any well known strain.
(sorry about my poor english...)
Thank you !

Your newest growth looks okay.Just keep going and easy on the water. Real easy. Why the amber CFL and what color temperature is it? Hopefully 5500K - 6500K.

Thanks for the fast reply! I'll try; I had to wait till the plant asks me for water I guess. The CFL is amber because... it was the only CFL I had: 2 days ago I thought "maybe it is a light problem", so I put that at the side to see if the plant aims towards it but nothing happened (so, I think the led lamp is working fine). By the way, the photoperiod is 24/0.

24 right now is fine but pot produces better in the long run vegging at 18/6.Unless they are autos then go to town and keep the lights on.

Killing with kindness biggest mistake I see Practice good watering methods Remember the dry time is just as important as watering itself
