Strains from Oregon?

I was wondering if anyone knew any strains that are from Oregon. Someone told me real OG kush stands for Oregon Grown but I'm not sure. My buddy crossed two different strains to make his own so I wouldn't consider breeders strains to count unless they are famous ie:OG kush.

For old time strains: Oregon Afghani comes to mind, but I don't honestly know if it originated in oregon or if it was just named after the state (it's old as fuck, thing it popped around the same time as bubble gum, though as I was in the midwest back then where BG started it's entirely possible OA came out in the early 80s.... It's the annoying thing about herb, people have a habit of stealing other people's plants and renaming them... Though with the rush of growers to oregon there are now quite a few breeders in the area so in the next 5-10 yrs we should see a long list of oregon herb (knock wood :) )

Home Grown Natural Wonders strains, brought to you TGA, are BOMB...
Speaking of TGA, since they don't, are there any resellers that sell TGA by mail / online in oregon? Or anywhere in this country? Or for that matter anyone anywhere that doesn't require cash to be mailed out of the country? ATM I'm fairly good on beans from my earlier mad science experiences and with oregon green seed, but TGA has pennywise which I'm extremely interested in playing with. (sighs)

Yeah, OGS just sells their own stuff (a few weeks ago I did pick up some sugar cookies for my next indoor playtime :) ) and so far all of the distributors listed in oregon of TGA are clubs that don't do mail order (still working my way down the list as I'm also in the process of moving and annoyingly enough they're only open during business hours ;) ).

I might end up reaching out to some portland friends to prevent having to do the cash in an envelope route.... we'll see. (will edit this if one of them says yes)

I'm pretty sure OG stands for "Original Gangster"
When I taught at a "tough" school in San Diego, I learned that OG meant Original Gangsta. Circa 1994. This had nothing to do with Oregon.

I was pretty naive back then, and actually asked, "Is it a holiday or something? Why all the fireworks?" "Uhh...those are gunshots, Mrs K. You should move away from the windows!"

No shit.

Most awesome kids, evah. Anyone from Hoover High School, represent, yo! (I get to say that, even though I'm almost 50 and SO anglo. Love those kids. 20 years later and I still worry/care about them!).

Oregon diesel is a Oregon strain, it's indica strain that finishes early in August outdoors.
You can buy it at the dispensary .

I only tried the flower at the Nectar dispensary in Portland. It's a purple strain and is a good indica buzz.

Nectar has our clones and meds. We have been breeding high CBD plants for over 4 years now and have plants teasing at over 10% CBD. But our THC plants are now all testing over 20% we also breed for PM resistant plants and have all new plants that finish early and are PM resistant. Message me for clubs that carry our plants and meds.
I don't see a pm frunction as a option,so could you post the links or names of the dispensary that carry your clones.
Did you develope the oregon diesel strain ?

I laughed when I saw this. My girlfriend used to teach at Hoover. She used to tell me such crazy stories about that place. We used to eat at Minh Ky down the street and wonder if they would ever fix up that area. I recently drove by at night, and saw it is still pretty sketchy.

Thanks for the memory.

To the op, there is a Blueberry from Oregon that is quite nice.

pretty sure that's what I've read too. Although it's open for debate haha! Hey peeps lets not forget Blue Magoo! One of Oregon's finest! Also my recent creation which I will put up against any! I call her Polychronic. Cross of my keeper Querkle mom x Purple Emptess x Goo thunder from Gooeybreeder! Grew out 15 females & kept one for future breeding which I dubbed simply Ghost! She is a resin caked mess in week 6 of flower & is done in 8. I decided to pollinate my Ghost mom with my Jack the Ripper x Purple Empress x Goo Thunder male which is the plant in the left in this shower pic. image.jpg
