Just a thought here. If THC breaks down in the air (oxidizes) then would purging all the air from your mason jars w/ dry nitrogen (dry meaning free of moisture) help slow the breakdown of THC?
Nitrogen is an extremely cheap gas and I have an 80 cubic foot cylinder in my work van.
I know that a lot of people use nitrogen in this manor to preserve open bottles of wine. This is also whats inside of potato chip bags to keep them fresh.
Think its worth a shot?
