StonedVegan First Grow in 2x2x4 tent. CFL's with Led supplimental.

Even though I kinda expected this I think it's actually happening. Nutrient burn from my FFOF. what's the best way to flush? I ran water through the pot and let it drain out a few times. hopefully this helps. I noticed some tips turning yellow with a few brown dots.

I don't think it's led burn.. but I guess it could be. The FFOF being notoriously hot has me convinced

So i'm thinking I'm getting a little nutrient burn from my FFOF. I rinsed water them a few times. Do you guys think she'll grow out of it? Is there something else causing the yellowing?20150128_133620.jpg

Day 10:
Doesn't look like the nutrient burn is spreading. The cotyledons are a little yellow, but nothing is spreading. Seems like rinsing the soil a few times helped. Nice dark green new growth for now.

My babies! Tried doing tons of research but can't nail what it is. Flushed the soil with 6.5 ph water again and hoping its nutrient burn ad hoping for the best. Any ideas? The spots were just first on the leaf tip and seemed fine for a few days, but I woke up to find that they spread. Both plants have these spots. The cotyledons are also yellow.

DAY 12:
I think i pin pointed it to a manganese deficiency. My ph was high.. For some reason i used my straight tap water for the plants when i moved them into buckets. I realized this after the fact. I know, i know, I was excited and didn't think. Just thought, ok water!..... Instead of use my de-chlorinated 6.5 ph adjusted jar of water. Noob mistake.

So anyway according to my ph chart, since it was a little high, it doesn't allow for my plant to take in Manganese. I flushed it this morning with 6.5 ph water, also to make sure my soil wasn't too hot with ppm. So hopefully we are good now. I might have to invest in a soil ph meter now. Was hoping to just regulate it with ph'd water.

So with the picture below.... The spots are spreading and its making me nervous. What do you guys think? It bums me out that this stuff usually happens later in growth. The plant is growing fast and seems sturdy and healthy. It's just yellowing now and getting those brown rusty spots that are spreading pretty quickly. I hope flushing the soil with 6.5 ph water will help. i'll just let her sit for a few days. The little sprout is showing signs of it as well.

Not saying this is your problem but I see one on your leaf. Everytime I get a water droplet on my leaf it get a brown spot from the lens effect.
I just flushed my soil before that photo. So excess splash. I got my soil down to a good 6.2 ph so hopefully we'll get those manganese levels up .

Day 14: Definitely stunted the growth of the bigger plant
So we are finishing up week 2 for the big plant, smaller is 6 days behind but is catching up.
I'm hoping i stopped the manganese deficiency from spreading. cuz i'm also having a hard time lowering my soil ph. I screwed that up myself. I didn't pay attention and got ahead of myself and used tap water when planting my jiffy pots into 1 gallons.
My water is 8.0 plus, so its hard to get the ph down. Ive been trying to water with 6.0 ph water to get it to lower. It seems go to be stuck at 6.8 - 7.1. I just don't want to over water too much. I can tell I am already over watering. What do you guys think? Does the new growth lookgood?

Day31: 3 Blueberries - 31 days, 26 days, 19 days
I'm having problems uploading pictures for some reason. I fimmed my bigger plant, and I think it worked. I left my second plant alone, and my 3rd plant was topped at 2 weeks.

So my big plant is 31 days. I wish they were all the same age, but I'll use my 3rd plant as a marker for 4 week veg when I'll switch all to flower cycle.. I'm pretty sure the growth was stunted anyway because i feel it should be a little bigger after 4 weeks. I'm glad its so stocky. Hopefully not too stocky for a mostly indica hybrid. I've been trimming the smaller, yellowed and decayed little leaves from bottom of the plants, while some lower leaves show slight yellowing in between the veins I think the nutrient problem I caused from not ph-ing and dechlorinating my water in my first few weeks is fixed. I fimmed it 2 weeks ago. It appears to have worked.

Second plant. The growth looks good. It's super short as well. Trimmed slightly yellowed and cruispy bottom leaves that were affected from early ph issue.

3rd plant is a little over 2 weeks and was topped today. The growth is rounder and leaves are broader, I didn't ease the lights up with this one. Just put it into the 300 w combined cfl and led. The plant has a nice sturdy stem as well. What do you guysthink?
