Its how you fold the leaves up and its the younger leaves that you eat not older ones still i wouldnt class it as super tasty each to there own ig but i aint in a rush to eat it again myself lolSting Weed as it's called in north KS, has been a royal pain in my ass upon more than a few occasions. Grows thick along the rivers where I once did a lot of Flathead fishing. It leaves nasty welts so we always had to wear jeans around it or avoid it all together. There its not uncommon to find what we called Indian Weed as well. Farmers every year would gather it up and have a bon fire from hell.
Dont think I could bring myself to try and eat sting weed though.. I'd rather eat tree bark.lol
