still droopy

alright. I repotted about 4 or 5 day ago and also added quite a few new lights. I'm running 8 cfls ranging from 23 watt to 27 watts (2,700k to 5,600k) my plant was good looking but slightly droopy before the move and has pretty much stayed that way. I assumed I had over watered it. I recently woke up to a slight disaster-a few of the wires holds the cfls in place (they were lightly crimped onto the sides of the cabinet) had let loose dangling 2 of the lights right to the edge of the plant burning a few of the leaves a bit. the rest of the plant looks good except a bit of curling on a few leaves and the drooping. new growth looks very good. my water ph is 7.1 and my soil is 6.7. I backed off the watering after the transplant until today. I'm thinkin its about time now. what I need to know is:could the move and a bit of over watering and a few burnt leaves have stressed it out causing it to stay this way? or does it take a little longer to perk back up. I know I'm being paranoid but its my first grow and I've done a ton of reading but haven't seen specific threads about this exact thing. I want to send it into flowering very soon ( I'm probably overdue) but want to make sure its healthy enough to do so. please tell me I'm just being a newb with paranoia! if you need to know more-ask away. any help or opinions is appreciated.

Give it a little more time and it should perk up. Definitely all those things could've stressed her a bit. You should be fine and it's good to wait a week or 2 after transplant to switch to flowering. Best of luck my friend.

is it possible also that I don't have a light dedicated solely to the top. I mean, 4 of the 5,600k are kinda high but nothing directly above it?
