stem problems.

so ive been looking around the site and i noticed everyones plants are alot shorter and thicker than mine. mine have a bad habit of growing really tall and very skinny.
i have had to help it grow the whole time its finally standing on its own.
but im afraid when it starts to flower its going to tip over.
and it keeps getting taller. not filling out.
stem is less than a half an inch in diameter. and its about 3 feet tall.
i need new lights.
i have nutrients.
help me.
and when is it going to start flowering? i noticed about 4 days ago it started producing little white hairs all over the future budding areas.

The lights are too far away from the plants making them stretch. Bring the lights closer to the plants and if you can, around the sides of the plants.
