Stealth Grow Gun Cabinet

Working on my second stealth grow. First was tower PC case with Blue Mystic Auto from Nirvana. For a first grow, it wasn't too bad but not a lot of trichomes produced on the first plant. May have been a newbie mistake to pull it earlier than I should. Anyways, I've moved from PC case to metal gun cabinet. Dimensions are 54" high, 10" deep and 21" wide. It is locking and is secured to a wall.

I have a corsair SP120 fan for exhaust with a DIY carbon filter. Using 6x10 metal covers sandwiched together for intake. I am using wick method for watering with 2 gallon reservoir which is working well. I have two of the largest 2700K CFLs I could find for light. Seeds are Blue Mystic Auto and a freebie seed from Nirvana. Soil for medium. Both plants in rectangular planter. I'm at about 34 days right now. I know mixing auto and photo probably not best idea but is working so far. Just switched to 12/12 to sex the photo. Pics coming. Feedback appreciated.

I see you got something started that's good bro. Post pix when you can. I see your using cfls. Home Depot and Lowes carry a 300w cfl so if you want some more light these are good bulbs. I used 3 of them for a cfl grow I did years back and they produced some solid nugs and yield for cfl.

It's gonna take a couple weeks to sex the reg seed so I hope the 12/12 doesn't affect you auto yield as those need all the light they can get since they'll flower themselves.

Medicman, the 12/12 schedule light will affect your auto.
These things want all the light they can use during flowering, if you want them to produce nice nugs.

I figured this was the case. Thanks for conforming it. Hopefully he can wait till the auto is done flowering to sex the reg seed so it doesn't hurt his yield with the auto.

yep, i did autos for my first grow and they got 24 hour light for the entire grow start to finish.

Yea I ran one auto a few years back and that's what I gave it too. The auto I ran yielded very well but it just wasn't that potent. But the autos have come along way since I ran that one.

Mine finished in 55 days from seed and was very potent! I loves it! I believe it was a blueberry amnesia auto.

Yes, I know the auto wants more light. It's a conundrum for sure. The auto is doing great still though. Last auto i did 18/6 but in a PC case and had little trichome production. Plants are loving having more room. I gotta find those 300W CFLs for sure!

I'm not worried too much about total yield. Not a heavy smoker. I'd just like a decent quality bud.

Pics! Auto is larger plant on right. Using some LST for the auto and the photo on the right has been both LST'd and FIM'd. Water reservoir lasts about 5 days before refilling. Using paracord wicking that has been working well.

Ok. I want your feedback cuz I'm a noob. Would you guys chop the photo and focus on the auto? It's only been on 12/12 for 3 days. Or would you keep both, knowing the auto is not going to get all it needs on a photo schedule? The auto is a keeper. The photo is a freebie seed and I have more of those.

Soil PH at 7. Best way to lower it a tad?

It really is up to you buddy, the photo probably has the capability to produce more bud, but now you know not to do both at the same time!

Is it out the the question flipping back to veg while the auto finishes up? I know the photo will get bigger but it'll have more space to flower when u cut the auto?

I like it. Gonna switch back to veg for photo. Auto should not get much taller.

Found those 300W cfl bulbs! Thanks for the heads up on that.

No problem bro. They're very good used 3 of them made a home made light system/reflector and got 4 oz of 6 plants in 1 gallons. Got one in my small veg box I made. Gonna get two more and add some y-splitters to add more bulbs
