Absolutely, dude ive been through it all it feels like lol. But I love growing and forming a connection with the plants. I also really like to study microbiology and how plants work on a molecular level. Also how the different microbes in an organic soil form symbiotic relationships with plants, It just freaking fascinates me :)

I actually have two journals, one indoor, one outdoor. :D

Here is indoor

And outdoor

I get what you mean, it's like it started as a hobby but turned into a passion.

Cool I'll check them out , thanks man

That escalated quickly lol. I checked out the last page of the journal like "Ah that's a beautiful plant.. aaaaaaand it's gone" I'm sure the topping will be worth it though.

Haha yea I feel you, but if she ends up looking like this it will definitely be worth it

Nebula over at growweedeasy has this dope write up. Check it out if you want a detailed step by step for this mainlining technique

If you want those yields you have to maximize the space you got, you gotta push your lady's till they max out

Yeah I've read the guide, it seems like a great idea. Looks like a great way to yield a bit more. But I'm not sure if I'm the right candidate for doing it. I only got 2x2 space, and a 130w LED. So maybe not strong enough light and enough space. ^^

EDIT: just noticed you got 2x2 as well, so maybe space wise I'm good, but probably not in the LED department.

True I just upgraded to a 3x3 but my led is only 185 true watts, but the chips are each 5 watts so the penetration is there for a single plant at least.

Are you doing any training in the 2x2? I needed more vertical space so I switched out my 2x2 for this 3x3. Found it for only 30 bucks on Craig's list

Mine are 3 watts I'm sure. I'm only growing one plant as well. I was planning on topping, as the only training. I got a scrog net that I was considering using, just to even out the canopy a bit.. Not sure if I'm going to do that..

Also I thought that 4 feet seemed a bit short.. But if you top/manifold/lst I assume it worked fine? Mine is 2x2x5, I hope that'll be enough..

Yea I could have used the extra space, just make sure you keep her tied down, In the end of flower is when things got bad, I couldn't raise the light and my buds started fox tailing. Ya good luck though!

What are you growing

I'm growing HSO blue dream.. But yeah thanks for the warning. I'll probably give it a bit extra space. I know the rule is to grow it half way then flower, but I'll probably grow it 1/3 way then flower, just to avoid complications.. And.. I don't really smoke that much.. so. Anything more than 20g is going to be wonderful..
