Encanto GC is in phoenix and offers delivers are the operating illegally? This is not the only one dispensary in Phoenix advertising this either.
If so who enforces this, the police, if state laws allow but not a municipality?
Yes. They are very much illegally operating. Although, many Dispensaries in Phoenix are now operating illegally by offering Delivery. PD is on them.

Extremely counterproductive considering municipalities are just subdivisions of the state. Since this is a conflict of state law, any infractions would probably be ruled void in court. Deliveries are not going to come to a halt in phoenix if this is their only threat.

Arizona is really good at one thing, wasting tax payer dollars.

I cant believe there are still people insisting on keeping their heads buried in the sand when it comes to legalization.

Its coming, you should already be on board and raking in the profits like some of us.

Or you continue to sit at home argue about not being able to sell a few ounces here and there and miss the boat. You guys are funny

If its legal than who the hell cares? Fuck this medical BS, ive played along long enough. Just fucking legalize, reschedule, decriminalize do whatever needs to be done and move on with our lives.

Dear god, the day we have been waiting for is almost here and all anyone on these boards do is bitch about it. Enjoy the times we are in, ushering in legal weed
