If I have a (WA State) prescription will my costs for medical cannabis increase with the opening of all the "Pot bars" this summer? Are all you patients who don't grow their own stocking up?

Well grams in Colorado are selling for $35+ so I would say your price is going to at least double over the next year! Dispensaries are going to be making as much money as possible because they know their days are numbered! The state is going to take them down. But until then supply and demand brotha! If the dispensary keeps selling out quicker then they can grow it they can and WILL raise the price! supply and demand!

And if they double or triple the price of weed it will inflate the black market, it will be like a gold rush! People were risking going to jail when they were selling an OZ for $150, now it's going to be in the $400 range!!!!!!! Let the money roll in! I am going to get a farm with 40+ acres! I've been growing 30 plants no more than 100 feet from a sheriffs house and I haven't been caught in over 3+ years, I don't think I will get caught on 40 acres! LOL the state is just securing my retirement at age 36! LMAO

Not sure what will happen with prices.
The good news is if you get the recomendation you can grow.
If push comes to shove with a little research and a small investment you can
make your own.
Growing can be painfully simple or as complicated as you please.

how can you "not be sure" about the prices? They are adding 80%+ taxes so the state is going to sell weed for 4-500 an oz, and everyone else is going to just keep selling it at half that price out of the goodness of their heart? Only dumb ass buyers are hoping the price goes down! To anyone with even the most basic understanding of supply and demand can see that the price is going to at least DOUBLE! In Colorado the price went up 4-500% I believe? We will all see though in June-July when the state pot stores open up.

I can't wait to walk in with a nug of my Jack Herer or my Lysol "both are fire" and ask the dude at the counter how much something like that goes for. When he tells me "We don't have anything that good, and the closest think we have is $480 an oz." I'll pick up my nug and tell the guy " thanks for the raise " and walk out.
