Starting grow room build over:/ need advice (Area 51 led)

starting my grow setup over and this time keeping it all in one room. It looks cramped in my drawing but it's fine. Am welcoming any advice so I don't have to redo this again! :)

I have some questions and need some advice.

Veg(3x3) - 2- 2' 4 bulb t5 fixtures(8k lumens each)
Flower(4x4) - 4 Area 51 rw150s
Mums/clones(2x4) - 2 Area 51 w100s
(Idk if I should swap the veg and clones lights, not sure how much lumens the w100s put out)

I need to set up an ebb and flow table in the 4x4 flower tent and another in the 3x3 veg area. Also want to make a 2x2 ebb and flow for a couple of moms.
I have 2 of these 40 gallon reservoirs(photo attached) and thinking of getting a lid for one and using it under the other as the reservoir in the VEG area, building a stand for the top tray to sit on.
Then I need some ideas to build an ebb and flow tray to fit my 4x4 tent with a low profile type res(height issues). Are there trays made to fit perfectly inside the tent? Looking for a res and tray combo to fit it.
There will be a small portable ac unit and a small heater for temp controls. the ventilation Exaust will go outdoors.

This is my upstairs so the floor will be lined with pond liner, the walls with panda film(mostly for cleaning purposes)
There is a small bathroom in between the two rooms to do water changes.

**** my goal is to keep this as simple as possible aside from all the prep work to the room to prevent damages.
The layout and equipment needs to stay the same but anything else can be changed so please give me your input. Want to do this good so I can just grow for a few years. Thanks for reading! :)

t5 works well for veg
flower power comes from 600w hps, puts out heat so the portable a/c needs to be in the tent, but why use a tent?
Can you just cool the whole room 12x12 room?
You probably need a dehuy in the flower room
use a 2x4 frame over the tray to hold the 4x4 tray, use 1 gallon pots and hydroton rocks, the tray holds over 16 plants, but 16 will fill the canopy, veg only 2 weeks so the light will hit most the lower buds.

I'm using 4 Area 51 led panels in the flower tent. The portable ac unit is for the sunmer(upstairs, tin roof, gets hot) and the heater is for the winter as I have no heat vents going up there.
I'm using the tent because it'll keep out most of the light from the veg and clone stations. And also it'll retain as much of the light as possible for flowering.
Do you think I'd really need a dehumidifier? Yea I guess so that's gonna be about 100 gallons of water in that room.

you are right on with your light arrangement. I have w100's also, along with sgs190's, rw75's, and rw150's. At half power, the rw75's outperform the w100's(half power also) in veg. I think it has to do with the blue spectrum in the rw75 vs the more white in the w100. For me there wasn't enough spread at half power, and full power was too much for a similar sized area. I grow bigger plants though, so that may be my issue

i plan to use a 3x3 flood tray for both the veg and flower now, Changed my mind. Going to use 8" mesh bottom net pots omce the plants are rooted and they will sit in the veg tray. Then come flower time I'm adding a 1" layer of coconut mat on the bottom of the flower tray just as a little extra root room. (Couldn't use in veg or I wouldn't be able to transfer the plants)

Do you think I'll need a dehumidifier in the actual flower tent? Are there small ones they make that would fit? Any ideas? Thanks!

I usually grow bigger plants too. This time going to try to keep it to 6 plants in my 4x4 tent in 8" pots. Going to veg a week after clones root and then switch to flower so they don't get too big.
I was thinking these w100s seem kinda weak but haven't grown with them yet so week see. That's why i think I'll use these for my mothers and clones. And the t5 fixtures for vegging.

They are not weak, the footprint is just small. i veg with them when my plants are bigger, but i veg for at least 8 weeks. after 4 weeks of veg, it is one plant per w100 at half power. If i crowd them, they don't do as well, and start leaning towards the light. the best use i have found is growing autos with my leftover space in my veg area. I can usually get anywhere from 3-5 ozs per auto in a 3 gallon pot(coco). never get less than 3 unless it is a shitty plant/strain. There are other plants vegging under the same lights a foot away, so there is some supplemental lighting, but you can't beat those results(the light would be there anyway). I grow in a room though, so my yields are going to be better than a tent due to the increased amounts fresh air.

When i said other plants vegging under the same lights, i meant same model(additional lights)

you can get a small dehuy and will need it.I suggest you watch a member here named AlphaPhase...he has the tables wired down to a science.
Probably the leader in the world as a top notch grower.

I should do pretty good too as I'll have 2 6" fans pulling air through the tent at a very fast rate, helping with my humidity enough to where I hopefully don't need a demhumidifier. I didn't last time I grew with a similar setup. I actually think this setup will have more fresh air than it needs:)
So those w100sbdo pretty good eh? That's awesome to hear. Thinkin I'll keep them for my mothers/clones and plants until they get a few sets of leaves and then they'll move under the t5 lighting.

Does he do ebb and flow tables your saying? I've been looking for a small dehumidifier but nothing that looks like it'll fit in the tent.

Need some feed back people. Here's the layout again.
Wanting this room to be a perpetual setup. 3x3 flood trays and reservoirs each in the veg and flower areas so I won't be able to stagger the flowering plants due to the single res nutrient solution(can't change this). So the best I've come up with is..
Take clones- 2 weeks rooting
Veg time- 3 weeks
Flower time- 8 weeks
Dry/cure- 6 weeks
-take 2nd set of clones 3 weeks into flower
And so on and so on.

Any changes you all would make to this?
I think I have the environment management down. Thanks!

Also trying to figure out what pots to use in the flood trays. I'm using the attached tray and res. Do you think the water pump in the photo is the number of gallons per hour I'd need?

I originally thought of using 8" mesh bottom pots but I feel that they won't be big enough. I will be using a 1" coconut fiber mat unerneath of them so what do you think? I plan to use half and half coconut fiber chunks and hydroton as a medium so I didn't wanna use like 3 gallon pots or anything.

6 seems a fair count...
My 4x4 tray is near finished, buds are stacking for the past 10 days..
Plants are over 2 feet tall, just too many in there(6x6 rock wool cubes)stacked in the tray tight.
Going to have lots of under buds that do not get good light.
They are growing under a 600hps in an open bedroom...winter time so no need for a/c and I leave the door open to get the heat out of the room, using 1 16" osililating fan.
ppm is @ 700 and the ph jumps to the 7's daily,so it's time to bump up the ppm to around 1100.

Yea I think I'm gonna put 6 in each of the flower 3x3 trays.
Here's one flower area. Still gotta set up the tray. Also probably going to add 2 more lights from Area 51

This will be my 2x4 flood tray area for veg/mothers/clones
It will have another 2' 4 bulb t5 fixture beside it when it arrives.

The main flower area is in a 4x4 tent and vented with a 6" fan. The whole room will be exhausted wth a 6" fan/filter/duct silencer and a 4" fan/filter/duct silencer - blowing outside of the grow room.
