SST - SCT (Sprouted Coconut Tea)

So, I've spent some time reading through various organic threads here and there is much more to read. I wish I could put a bookmark in some of them so I don't forget which page I'm on, lol!

I am experimenting with SST and where I am currently, coconuts are in abundance. One aspect of using them for enzymes that I haven't seen yet on RIU (bear with me, I'm still reading) is using sprouted coconut. When the coconut is germinated, it creates what is often called the 'coconut apple.' The water is used up and the meat inside thins, what it is replaced with is this spongy mass. The coconut then sends out a sprout and becomes a palm.

I don't know much about the properties of this sprouted spongy mass but my hypothesis is that it may be just as beneficial if not more so than using the coconut water. The enzymatic function could very well be potencialized by this germination process. I started this thread to discuss the use of coconut in this way.

I am going to get some coconuts and begin the sprouting process with them and see what I can come up with. I'll post a few links on here from what I've found preliminarily on the subject, but if anyone has additional information about it, please contribute!
