Spider Mites

okay so I popped my head into my tent tonight and found a spider mite, so I looked under the leaves and I noticed tiny tiny specs, that did not move.
I read that you should spay them at her age (3 weeks) with only water and not neem oil
I was wondering if this is suppose to wash them off when you spray them or drowned them?

Because I sprayed the bottom as well as I could and looked again and they were still there.
Any help would be awesome

use a mix of dish soap and water (50-50 mix) - just spray top and undersides of leaves and watch the "mites" slide off - treat for 1 week

Any preference on the dish soap?
and then balance the pH after I add the soap of course?

And should I spray the tops of the soil with neem oil and the plant with water/dish soap?

Get a napkin dipped in water and a drop or two of dawn dish soap, rub them off and clean your room with bleach every 3 days.. spray with neem in a few weeks.

Put some more pics up of the underleaf before you go squirting oils and soaps all over a young seedling.
