Neem oil. There is a product called Azatrol that is a concentrate of it and it worked wonders for me. They say you can use it up to your last week or 2 tops. spray plants every three days to kill each wave of eggs. A week or two and the plague will be under control. Due to the size of your plants perfection is hard.
I use 2 tablespoons per gallon, and drench tops and bottoms of leaves. Try to prevent it from dripping into your medium. I didn't have problems, but how good could it be? People sell small amounts of this stuff on ebay. very expensive, but effective and SAFE!
