Sour Orange citrus tree - Anybody else grown any? Input?

Lately I have been seeing sour limes, lemons and orange plants turning up on the web and at local grow shops.

Fruit producing plants so I purchased one, has anybody else grown some of these? I know they produce slow, or so I was told but is the fruit any good?

Are they dwarfs? My girlfriend had a mini orange tree that you could eat the oranges off of. Supposedly they were good. I never had any.

Yeah I will take a picture tonight. They are producing already and the plant is probably 2ft tall.
