This is a new thread that I am starting for my new and current grow. Right now these strains are all still vegging. They are all about 12" tall. I mixed a bag of Fox Farms Ocean Forrest soil with some soil from Walmart called Scott's. I had just transplanted them from solo cups into their new 5 gallon pot homes. They look like they are doing a lot better, since they were transplanted. They were pretty root bound in those solo cups. Hopefully these plants will be big enough, so I can flip them over to 12/12 soon. I need to be able to harvest before Christmas and the New Year! If everything goes smoothly then I shouldn't have any problems at all getting that accomplished. I will just have to wait and see what happens. Anyways I will post some pics sometime very soon, but there isn't much to look at with them only being in veg.

These plants are really starting to take off now, since they were transplanted. They were pretty root bound in the solo cups that they were previously growing in. It took them a few days after the transplant, but they are looking green and super healthy. They did look like shit! Lol! Right now they are all over 12'" tall, so I will probably veg them for another week to 10 days before I flip them to 12/12. I know that the Wifi's will stretch up to about 3x from their veg size. I haven't ever grown the Sour D #2 and Amherst Sour D, so I have no idea what to expect as far as stretch goes after the flip to 12/12. I am hoping that they stretch some but not quite as much as the Wifi's. The plant that I am calling Green Granny Smith Apple is just a bagseed from a bag of dro that I bought that i thought smelled and tasted like green apple's. Obviosly I have no idea of its growing habits. I am hoping that it turns out to be a female for me though, because i really liked the smoke of it. I will start posting pics and shit regularly once they are in flower, so stay tuned if you are interested in any of these strain's.

Update: Day 6 of 12/12

I just wanted to post a little update of where things are at now. There isn't a whole lot to look at or talk about, because none of the plants have started to show sex yet. They are all looking healthy without any deficiencies though. I am hoping for these plants to be finished before Christmas and the New Year. I don't want to go through the holidays without any bud to smoke on. Lol! I know people feel me on that! Anyways here are some pics of my plants that I took just a few minutes ago. I will be updating w/ pics usually as least once a week. Enjoy and feel free to comment.

Unfortunately, I had to chop the unknown bag seed plant that I was calling Green Granny Smith apple. It threw balls just about everywhere on it, so I went ahead and culled it! It sucks, but I don't ever want to have a seeded crop like I did last time. I forgot how annoying it is having seeds in your buds! Hopefully I won't have to worry about that when I harvest my plants this time around! Anyways I will post some more pics sometime next week.

As of today the Amherst Sour D, Sour D #2, and 1 of the Wifi's have all shown off their lady parts. I am just waiting on this last Wifi to show his or herself to me. Anyways I will post some more pics next week.

Update: Day 19 of 12/12

There isn't a whole lot to talk about just yet. The Sour D #2 and Amherst are already starting to yellow on me a little. The 2 Wifi's are still looking good and green though. All 4 plants have small little button buds on them, so they are definitely coming along. The 2 Wifi's are taller and lankier than the bushier sour's. Anyways here are the pics.

I was just checking on the plants a miute ago, and they have all started to produce some trichs around their button buds. I always consider that to be a great sign of something good to come. So stay tuned!

I'm getting ready to start my new seeds that I had recently bought for my next run. I'm leaning towards CC Fem. Louis XIII, CC Fem. Grape OG, Devil's Harvest Fem. Shoreline, and Female Seeds Fem. ICE. I also have a Connoisseur Genetics Feminized SuperSilverSourDieselHaze (SSSDH). I might try the Fem. SSSDH but it has such a long flowering time of like 10-12 weeks. I won't let a plant go any longer than 10 weeks, because I like to get a certain # of harvests in each year. Long flowering strains make it impossible to get more than maybe 3 harvests a year. I might go with another Cali Con strain instead of the Shoreline. I might go with the Grape Kush, or I might just pop 2 CC Regular Purple Diesel beans that I have from the promo a while back @ Attitude Seed Bank. I am putting a lot of faith that I am going to get some fire from this next run. I know I am at least really looking forward to it more than anything I have ran in a long time! I will start germing them more than likely tomorrow when I am not so damn tore up. I smoked a bunch of bud with hash on top. Plus I ate some blue footballs. I am feeling great. not a worry in the world!

If anyone has any experience with any of these strains, I would appreciate any enlightenment anyone could give me on the subject. Please feel free to comment on anything. I welcome any comments as long as it isn't someone trolling!

I've been looking for an outstanding sour diesel like the type that I bought from a buddy. It is still to this day one of my absolute favorite smokes ever. I doubt I will find one from seed that will be as good as what I want, but you never know until you find some fire and grow it out. Hopefully it is some good sour diesel between the 2 different strains. Cross your fingers for some fire! I am hope full, because I have had pretty good luck with HSO genetics in the past! Hopefully I will have the same luck with these 2 different HSO Sour's that I have flowering now like I have in the past with other HSO strain's. I have a good feeling, since they have rost on them already. That is always a good sign imo!

I think that I am on Day 30 of 12/12 as of today. I have seen plants with bigger buds by this many days into flower, but they all are showing some signs of trichome production on and around the buds. Plus, when you do the rub and smell, they have some excellent smells already. Especially the Amherst Sour Diesel. It really stood out as far as smell goes. I have to admit that I am unhappy with how my plants are looking. They are suffering from some deficiencies. I plan to hit it with some fertilizer I got from a friend. The plants are yellowing, so I am assuming that they need some more nitrogen in their diet.I will post some pics here in the next day or so.

Update: Day 38 of 12/12

I just wanted to show you all some better pics that what I had posted last time. I think I figured out why my plants aren't looking as good as I had hoped for. I had a pretty bad gnat infestation, so I have added Gnatrol to water during the past 2 feedings. I am assuming that they have been eating on my roots, and that is why the buds are smaller than usual as well as the yellowing of the leaves. Anyways maybe I didn't wait to long for them to bounce back some. Hopefully the buds will swell to give me a better yield than an oz. per plant. because from the looks of my ladies, I think that's about all they are going to yield from me. Maybe a little over that per plant. I was hoping to get at least 2 per plant, if not better than that! Anyways here are some pics that I just took during lights out. Please enjoy!

I am really impressed with the stench coming from my Amherst! She is super stanky! Just the way I like my bitches! I just wish I would've did a better job growing my gals this time. I was short on cash and used 1 bag of FFOF soil with some cheap Scott's bullshit from Walmart. Miracle Grow is one thing, but Scott's is another. It is bullshit. I won't ever make the mistake of using it again. Anyways all of the plants are frosting up nicely. I have 2 different frosty ass pheno's of the White fire OG's, and ever the 2 sour's are getting pretty damn frosty, but I think the smell on the Amherst might just be one of the stinkiest I have ever grown. It still has a long way to go.

On another note all of my seeds germinated and popped above the soil in their own solo cup homes! I have 1 CC Louis 13th, 1 CC Grape OG, 1 Female Seeds ICE, 1 Devil's Harvest Shoreline, and 1 Connoisseur Genetic's Super Silver Sour Diesel Haze. I also have a few White Fire OG bagseed that could have been crossed accidently with a Bay-11 that hermied on me during my last grow. The Wifi could have pollinated itself too, but I think the seeds that I got off of that Wifi plant has seeds of both kinds. I plan on giving them to a buddy just to see what happens. I am super excited to get a great pheno of the Louis 13th. I just love really good OG Kush buds. They always seem to kick my ass and taste so damn good too! I'm always looking forward to the next grow!

Sorry about not posting much during this grow. I have had a lot of shit going on with Christmas and tapering off of Methadone. I am down to 21 mgs. a day from 60 mgs. I only have a couple more weeks before I am completely finished with it. I have to admit that I cannot wait either! It is one of the hardest things getting off of this shit. Anyways I harvested 1 of my Wifi's and the Amherst Sour Diesel. The ASD isn't finished drying yet though. The Amherst could very well be my new favorite strain. It is extremely stinky and covered in resin. The buds are dense and pretty abundant. The smell is straight up sour citrus diesel with undertones of some other tart fruits. It is one of the best Sour Diesel's that I have had the pleasure of growing! I am really glad that I have a couple more seeds of this strain. The Sour Diesel #2 isn't as nice imo. The yield looks to be smaller, and she doesn't have as strong of a smell either. The smell on the Sour D #2 is more sour than anything. The buds are pretty dense too. I still like the smell on her, but she doesn't have that diesel smell that I normally associate with a Sour Diesel. I'll post some pics here soon.

Got to give you props on the mdone taper. Very hard to walk away from that stuff. When you get very low 3-5mg start taking it every other day. It makes a very big difference in the withdrawal.

Thanks bro! Methadone is a beast, but it sure as hell beats the hell out of doing heroin everyday! Lol! Anyways I have a couple suboxone strips to take after I am off of the Methadone for a few days. I only plan on taking enough to keep the body aches to a minimum. I might just go without.
