5 , 5 and 5 dropped into party cups of starter today ........ Will drop the same in another 2 weeks ....... Potting up to 1 gal's filled with my secret soil less sauce in 3 weeks to stress them a bit and observe how they react ......... They are all reg's so one male will be selected and allowed to molest the remaining females after culling the less desirable males or possibly females depending on how it goes ........ I would post pics but i just dropped them so keep your panties on and check back in :p

also dropped 18 of my purple haze , kc45 , and shoreline crosses in plug trays ......... but those are photo so who cares :D ........ well mostly semi auto excluding the shorline X's

Day 2 in the dirt

I mixed up a mild humic acid starter solution and used a spray bottle to wet the seed starter down again ..... Going to use the starter nutes once a week while they are in the cups and once after transplant then after the dreaded transplant shock has passed i'll start with my normal feed's

This is the starter nutes i use ......... way watered down of course i also use a heavier mix of it during flower alternating with my regular nutes
http://www.tractorsupply.com/en/store/master-gardner-garden-starter-fertilizer-4-15-12-1-qt

I use technaflora's line up of nutes normally , sometimes I'll add something different but for the most part thats all I'll use I've had really good luck with them over the past 4-5 years , when i started growing i jumped back and forth between the Flora nova 2 part and fox farms ........ didnt have very good luck with either ....

yes , it also helps the plant absorb nutrients and has a semi stabilizing effect on ph ...... but it can also lower ph in high doses so you have to be careful or adjust it with kelp meal or something , it also helps loosen compacted soil , but at the same time it can make sandy soil hold water better, also im running soil less technically its a 30/30/30 coco , peat , perlite

i'm starting to switch over to lacto fermented fertilizers... started fermenting all my males, green pruning and some stocks and i'll start adding budding green plants once spring really gets here for the FPE i'll use as a grow. and just started my FFJ (assorted fruits, beets) and i'll add some flowering plants when they come into season for my bloom... all started w/my homemade EM1... you know; cuz my shits dialed in so it's time to switch to something different.... but really I have my soil being 100% recycled, my vermicompost has been going 2yo and I think If I switch to this type of organic growing I can grow all year on kitchen waste, recycled soil and cannabis plants and what ever I pick wild in spring and fall... all w/rain water

what i'm pay'n up here for electricity.. and they won't let us grow outside or anywhere it can be seen by the public even if it's inside... so i'm looking to take care of my Eco side and my $$ side

ya... they can't be visible.. can't even be in a window of your house... they just introduced two bills ahead of the 2016 ballot initiative... that might change that... its a legalization bill that allows for unlimited plants and weight as long as you don't sell it.. and you can transport up to 10oz... it also provides for outdoor growing... don't think it will pass but lays some ground work for the 2016 vote...

but my electricity rate has doubled since last year.. one reason i'm switching to fermenting is so i'm not running pumps all the time for my teas... I even had to give up my bubble bucket.... so it's clone, clone, clone and 12/12 all summer

hell i dunno bud the stuff i use is like 1% by volume and also has macro / micro nutes and i water it way down ....... its just that stuff from tractor supply i posted ....... its cheap and im cheap so its a match :D i also use it to supplement my feed's since it has goodies in it and a pretty good NPK .... straight humic is some stout shit ..... gotta be careful with it

Well its day 7 ......... still plain water from a squirt bottle twice a day .......... 15 of the original 15 are up and all but 1 pinkie pie is healthy but i believe it will pull through fine ...... to be fair it was the worst looking seed out of all of them .......... thats the way i work i pop the least desirable ones first so i have a better chance to continue the strain if something goes wrong ...... will finish making up another 15 or so cups tonight ....... and top off the ones that are already up ......... im excited and impatient ......... i love growing new strains :D
