Sonoma county people

Hi, I am moving to Sonoma buy Santa Rosa, to be close to my mother after my dad loses his battle with cancer. I'm am looking for help in finding the right part of town for my mom to live in. Then need to know the best areas to live and grow for my self. I want to live on a little land and don't mind being outside of the city. I'm not from Cali or the west coast so I don't have any clue where to start. I just don't want my mom in a shity part of town. Any help would be great. Thank you riu and Cali people. Ps my mom is in San Jose now and will be moving to Santa Rosa.

Sorry to hear of your circumstances. I'm not very familiar with Santa Rosa, but when my mom was alive, she lived in a mobile home park in Windsor, right on the border of Santa Rosa. If you want suggestions for Petaluma, I can make some. Be aware that the cost of living is high, but backyard growers are a low priority. Still, there are the occasional home invasions at commercial grow houses.

Can't cost more than San Jose lol The have been there for 4 years. My parents have been planing on moving to Santa Rosa but my dads illness didn't let them.

Santa Rosa is beautiful. There are a cpl bad areas, but other than that the whole city is very nice.
