you do realize that there is much more to it than simple ph? Right?
haha yes. I actuall just potted some with the compost manure which is a perfect 6.5 - 6.6 and as I've thought that it would grow great in that material alone. airy as well.

i actually just started ywo five gallon buckets worth of apple cider vinager so i can specifically hone my pH to 6.5 whether plain water or aact.
I would like to say, stay away from PH if you have living soil. STAY AWAY. I do not lime my mix because it will be handled by the microbes and fungi. I used 1/3 Peat 1/3 coco and 1/3 compost as my base then I amended with the typical amendments. I decided the other day to barrow a soil ph tester from my friend and my ph was a little over 7(neutral). Yet the plants are doing amazing :)

I hope you can realize PH is a waste and will possible kill your soil.

Ahh, c'mon man, we've talked about this before... PH isn't a tell-all, manure is full of salts, full of nitrogen, full of ammonia (urine), PH really doesn't play a big role in a living soil, like I've said (a couple times) you are vastly overthinking things, making it WAY too hard on yourself.
Keep It Simple.
I hope your manure isn't comprising of much of your medium, or you're going to burn them
