Something eating my baby

Yo! I've noticed that some of my new leafs are being eaten up by something, i checked for pests, but I haven't seen any of them, but by the look of the picture, i think it's a pests related problem .
Any guesses?

I have doubts its even an insect at all

no thrip marks, mite dots, broad mite curl, caterpillar bites, eggs, gnats, nothin. i think dannos right, probably just misformed leaves or wind damage. i think just mis formed leaves.

Yea i have this outdoors but worse? Whats up with it.
