damn thats alot of spiders....that plant looks super duper stretched....try a sticky pad like for catching mice and such I had to use them because I had gnats....or fruit flies from one of my lizards cages just put them all over the floor and wall caught a shit ton on there now im down to just one on the floor to catch any sneeky fuckin mice they always find a way to get in and eat my seedlings....ohh well I will defeat them one of these days....but yah that plant looks REALLY stretched I would either move your light closer or use diff lights...

if they are just reg ol' spiders, leave em, they dont hurt plants, feed on pests that do, unless your afraid of spiders...
