I managed to get the plastic up with no ladders...just tied a rock to a corner and hucked it over lol. my piece was 20x16 so goes down a good way down the side to. Just gorilla taped it on for now, going to run some clothesline rope over the top to hold it down as well. and get some cinderblocks for the legs.

medium sized spring loaded hand clamps work the best for taking it on an off alot (i use a small peice of bike tube to hold the plastic so it wont tear. farmtec also carries wide plastic clips for attaching plastic to diffrent sized dimameter pipe. if you just wanna leave it in place.

yea I have seen people use pvc pipe as well, and splitting it down the middle and using that to seal as well. I feel the season getting away from me!! I still need to borrow my gfs dads truck, and get a good load of cinderblocks to raise the roof, pound in some t posts and get the next trellis net up, and track down some pallets. And the ankle is still slowing me down quite a bit.

I did manage to truck the compost tea out. Gave every plant 2 gallons. It smelled pretty rich, and had a good layer of foam so hopefully the plants enjoy. I can't believe its already july....Figure we have 3 more solid weeks of veg, then stretch. The 4 big plants are already big enough where if they doubled from stretch they would be out the damn roof. Anyway, happy 4th of july everyone, have a safe fun time

yea, this next month will be able to have a better sense. I think mine are trained well enough, Gonna do the next trellis a foot or two above canopy, and let them just free grow and get big.

Are you still light depping?

from the locals i have bee hearing from, they will start stretching by like late july. I think with 2 cinderblocks i will have enough head space, and am going to be investing in a large greenhouse fan, so i am going to full season

So, @Dr.D81 came over today, had a nice smoke session of some of his harvest, and the bubble hash we made off my trim and popcorn and hermied bud, and we got some shit done around the farm. Got a load of cinder-blocks and arranged them so have 2 cinder-blocks under each leg now, gave me a bit more headroom. Also, got the final post stretch trellis netting up, and am going to throw more net on the the plants in prob a week.

Got a redneck duct made to bring the ac air into my 5x9 flower tent, which fucking rocks, will be able to keep em cooled better now.

Do you have the little foot for each leg, that came with the carport? I cut a piece of 2x6 the size of a cinder block & attached the wood to each leg using the foot & lag bolts. Then you can strap each one to a cinder block by going thru the 2 holes in the cinder block....
