I absolutely love my original sol skin boards..Definitely going to have to pick up some of the new boards..Does anyone know of any discount codes perhaps??Cost of shipping to the U.S. hurts a bit..

I would like to see 4ft. strips with this LED configuration. Would be much easier to distribute the light evenly and there is no reason for longer distances. These boards are phenomenal, but 1700 μmol/s/m² at 12" means you need to hang the boards at least 18-20" high, probably even higher at 24". Honestly, 2 and 4ft. strips with the same 3 channel layout would have been so much better.
Only my 2ct!

yes we figured the 2ft mimic strip could be used as 'boundary riders' to boost outer ppfd

LOOKs good, BUT, what is the canopy spread for one strip of reds in the center? Seems like 3 are needed, the centre plus one on each side, no?

not sure I follow, the BR board centre red channel has the same amount of leds as the Skins. the intention of the BR is additive to the existing light from the Skin, ie if the skin centre is 1000ppfd and the 3 foot marker is 250, the BR is intended to lift that, I am waiting on BR boards to to test exactly what numbers we can achieve, but thats the concept
