70% potting soil 30% perlite

or would this be alot better

60% potting soil
15% perlite
10% building sand
10% worm casting
5% pre-mix

I can see that watching the vid left u with some questions , all i can say from both mix´s u posted are good just remember that if u´re just using potting soil
and perlite u will need to add nutrients when u water the plants, wich in other hand u wont have to do in the 2nd choice because u are already including macro nutrients when u add worm castings and the pre-mix...

thats the same mix from that old ass growing video. i think its called stoned free or something like that

2 parts soil mix.

1 part Perlite.

1 part Vermuclite.

1 part worm castings.

1 SMALL handfull of granulated, Dolimite Lime.

Then just stand back and watch your happy plants grow. You won't need any fert for the first 45 days of growth using the above formula.
