Soil and Rockwool for seedlings HELP

Whats some good types of rockwool that I can put my seeds in and grow then put into a pot of soil?
I heard that some soils will burn the seelings if you put them in right after germination

ANYONE ANYONE?

These seedlings NEED some premium soil to dig their nice long white roots into!1
and i need help on NOT BURNING THEM!
I only have 1 Fem of each strain and i DONT WANT TO HAVE THEM DIE when seedling
