Week 8
------------------------
Changes
Only: pH adjusted water added as needed

------------------------

So....week 8. Well, besides a monstrous change in growth, not much. Hard to tell whats what in the pics, as it looks a bit like a jungle.

Noticing some real differences in height, between AND within strains. One of the strawberry coughs is just HUGE.

Not real sure why.....

I understand there could well be radical differences between strains, but not sure why there is such marked differences within strains, as they are all getting the same light and nutes.

Anyway, less than ideal situation at the moment, because these are going to be THE moms (I have none yet), thus the moms and pre-blooms are sharing the same tray...for now. That will be rectified next week.

Stay tuned

Week 9
---------------------
Mothers and pre-blooms separated into their own sections (see pics)
Both have fresh, pH adjusted water
Added a weak nute mix (Flora Nova Grow) to mother and pre-bloom reservoirs
--------------------

Week 9....how time does fly, eh....actually, was just way late putting up week 8 pics. Is anyone reading this stuff?

Was getting a little concerned about the size differential, so the timing was perfect. Regardless, as Al B. Fuct mentioned, this could lead to problems. May have to decide on one strain, for the sake of uniformity, now that I'll have mothers soon. Still, I dont have any more of the three strains seeds, it will be difficult to choose between the White Widow, Bubblegum, or Strawberry Cough. I'm loathe to let any of them die out.

Anyway, in the pics you can see the mothers, first, in there own little section, with a 400 watt bulb, fan, and mother specific reservoir. All 3 are showing excellent growth.

The pre-blooms are still in the original area, albeit with the moms removed...just in time. A few were suffering from lack of light as they were falling under the canopy of the moms. I'm hoping they catch up in the next week or so (height wise) so I can start them in the 8 week SoG program. I'm actually forward to trimming them in a few weeks....I've always been disappointed with lower plant growth.

Found a couple spider mites:evil: under the moms leaves, so I unveiled some of the bug strips Al B. Fuct recommended....will keep track and note the progress of death for those insects from the pits of hell.

Stay tuned.

great looking plants man.. just found out that my plants have been locked all this time and didnt know... that would explain the near no growth... anyway... im trying to mess with all of that and will get back to you on the conversions and stuff for the meters... you can actually get conversion charts online if you search... never thought to put one up here... are you not planing on flowering before they are 12 inches?... 8 to 12 to start is recommended ... unless your ... what kind of pruning youve been doing?... are you gonna fim?

I think week 13 or 14, something like that....

Went on vacation for a few weeks, during that time a friend watched things....

Some things got better, some got worse. One word of caution, it helps to have EVERYTHING you need BEFORE you start. Having a LOT of trouble getting a light in my area, as well as some other things, and it's been a bit of a headache. We all have the best intentions to take care of things, but you have to make time allowances for various screw ups (for example, ordered a light, received...but WRONG voltage) and meanwhile, your crop marches on.

Pictures posted later...with explanations...
