Software for managing multiple complaints

Sometimes we have to deal with difficult customers of our business. In case of conflicting accounts and multiple complaints. How do you handle it easily? Do we have to rely on a software? I think, a unique approach must be accomplish. In your own way, how do you manage it automatically?

Send them a joint attached to the invoice.

I'm not so sure automating customer complaints is a sound strategy. However, technology might be able to lessen the number and type of complaints you do have to deal with. A solution-oriented FAQ might be helpful, particularly if these complaints are recurrent. You can also setup a drip campaign via email if your complaints are things that can be fixed by customer education. Zendesk is also a customer support/management system that a number of my friends use...and they seem to like it. Good luck.

Thanks for the response. There is actually a software intended to handle customer complaint and the steps to take based on the company's standard procedure. We are actually inquiring with the software provider who assisted us with our existing EHS software if they can help us with this new project as well.

We use to use tech to solve our issues

that just a started a tech war with my rivals

I took some good advice and

resorted to the same preferred method
