I planted my ak 47 auto and 1 think different. The other 2 still can wait until tomorrow afternoon or Saturday morning. I had problems with the journal and a member I think both you guys know of made it into a conversation like this one you guys mainly talk on. I have sent pictures and explained a lot. I don't mind anyone else included but I don't know how to add you to a conversation he created with me and him. I don't think he would care either but like I said I don't know how. Im waiting on him to respond right now because I didn't think I would plant any of them until tomorrow but things changed. I think his name is Sheldon Cooper or something like that. Frank I think you follow him. I don't know if you guys even care but if there a way and you wanna look its cool with me. Its called hey man. If you guys aren't able to get in for whatever reason I will gladly share with you guys more tomorrow as I go to bed early and rise early too. Just ask a question or if you can get in on the conversation its there. I don't think he would care either as I invited all yall at the beginning but maybe I should ask but like I said I don't mind and don't think he would if your interested.

Things were getting a little crowded so I spread things out a bit and added the P300's - The tallest Alien Vs Triangle is 33" at just under 4 weeks from seed. The other AVT is about a day behind. The two Ripleys are identical to one another and are 27" each. heavy feeders, Full dose of Gobox every 2nd watering. I wait until the grow bags are fairly light before adding water.Lights1.jpg Lights 2.jpg

I agree... Awesome!!!
Thanks y'all!

It really is a joy. I'm a relative newbie to tell you the truth. Following the Mephisto grow guide and ditching "internet wisdom" was a game changer. The experienced growers already know this but getting started today is really hard. I dabbled in the mid 90's and read High Times. The ratio of good info then vs bad was the opposite of today. Back then almost all of it was great...I remember a fantastic growers website back in the 90's too that was taken down by Canadian cops...I don't remember the name though. Too many pissing matches and egos today though...and horribly bad info and myths. I know now for certain that transplanting an auto isn't really a big deal unless you are all thumbs....we're here to learn how to grow our meds and have a chuckle...at least some of us are :) I hope that the photos and findings I post are helpful to any friendly folks who are here for same reasons as me..

Now I'm going to smoke a bowl of Ripleys OG and mow my lawn...then it's Brit Floyd later this evening..happy Saturday y'all!

Just another observation....on my last grow I used RO water that I bought in 1 gallon jugs. Growth was similar but a few deficienies had shown up at this point of that grow. On this grow I'm using tap water. The ph shows lime green. No deficiences so far on this grow. At this pont I don't see a benifit to RO water if you are growing a handful of plants for personal use. On a commercial scale however everything changes...like it does with most things, and I'm sure the science is solid.

I pour mine a day before I use it to allow the chlorine to evaporate. It doesn't see a filter and everything is marginally healthier than with RO water....maybe too many minerals are stripped out with RO?...I really don't know..

Merry Christmas Charlie Brown!!!
Haha...thanks! I was actually thinking of hanging gifts from it. One year my ex and i hung 30 or 40 joints from a 9' tree and gave them to friends.

I usually go with the christmas tree structure as I do almost no defoliating. Instead I do a progressive harvest. I harvest the cola and main buds and then I let the lower portion go another 10 days. I don't defoliate because those leaves contain energy and it doesn't make sense to throw it away...at least according to Jorge Cervantes anyway...If I'm understanding him correctly anyway..

My buddy transplanted an auto a few years ago. It was may of 2016, by July the engine on his new pickup truck blew out. Coincidence? I think not.
Woaah! I hate when that happens. Tell your buddy to realign the woggling sprocket next time just in case..

5 weeks from germ. Tallest is a AVT which is 43" - the rest are currently about 34" each but are rapidly growing. I haven't done any defoliating yet and things are very bushy. I'll either defoliate soon or just leave it alone and do a progressive harvest instead. That way those hidden bud sites will see plenty of light either way. I'm putting full dose per gallon of Gobox nutes in the water and mixing well. The water is from the tap so I let it stand for at least 12 hours before mixing in nutes.. Temps are in the upper 80's during the day and RH is around 50. Tons of air movement, and the plants are in fabric pots...so everything dries out very quickly. I think the Ripleys OG will have larger buds. The ROG leaves are bigger also, kinda like spinach leaves...and they are dark green..some are very elongated. The Alien Vs Tri F2 on the other hand has smaller buds and smaller leaves, which are a lighter shade of green...but both AVT are larger in stature than both ROG's...everything looks very healthy though...but at this point I'd say the ROG's will yield bigger but we'll see..May 7.jpg
