Sorry but you are wrong... The average gross profit margin for any small business in America is 50-60% (as in buy it for 10 sell it for 15) The average net gain - which is profit after expenses is like 7%... so... you can google it if you want

i dont and i have about the same set up but 3x6 tray over it. and our products are bought at 5_6_10$ and sell for 10_12_20 so they mark our up 100% hence me wanting to open my own cafe lol.
no I clean them out at every nute change and really You only get algae growth if your res is too warm, I keep it just right in the rooms. Sometimes I do cover them but not always. If your changing your nute often and keeping it clean you have no problems you'll notice I keep my tables squeeky clean too.
I dunno I'm an artist too and 2.5 times is usually what stores markup my art work but who knows I'm probably getting ripped off on that....

Heres the flower room... sorta in between cleaning and rearranging. Usually its much more organized and neat. Its a 4x8 frame with 3 2x4 rolling tables on it. So can put a round in under a low watt light then roll it to a higher watt light when I am ready to put another round in for perpetual harvest. That way they all start under a 600 and end under a 1000 and all i gotta do is roll the table over like a foot instead of moving all the plants 
I do everything painting, wirewrapping, scupltue fabrication and I blew glass for five years http://www.glasspipes.org/ECH but that industry went much the same way I see the weed industry going. It started off good but then too many people started doing it and then they started importing glass pipes and pretty soon every TD&H was blowing glass and trying to undercut everyone else. So I just stopped and sold my gear and went back to concentrating on what I do which is growing, and doing art on the side for enjoyment and if it sells, cool. I actually started blowing glass on probation since I could get a business license and blow glass and as long as I paid them they let me do it. I stuck with it for a while after but its really dificult to demand high prices in a flooded industry so fuck it.
thats cool.. yeah it seems a lot of things bubble and burst these days. I hear glass blowing is hell on your lungs and that people who make a profession out of it have shorter life expectancy... I dunno. I have a seriously hair up my ass about being the best at whatever I am doing... I really feel like I can get to a point where my shit will be so good that it wont matter how many growers were here first
