random right here, but anyone know if TSA can feel inside your buttcheeks in the secondary screening(patdown)?
While traveling on business, I've gotten ssssss'd several times. If your boarding pass has a bunch of s's on it, you've been randomly selected for a secondary search. If you make a change to your flight last minute, you are almost guaranteed to get sss'd.

First...you can't print your boarding pass online or from the airport kiosk machine - you have to wait in line and talk to a ticketing agent. Then, said ticketing agent will begin to act funny. One time - she disappeared. I looked over the counter and she was actually squatting on the floor talking on the phone - I guess so I wouldn't be alerted that I'd been sss'd.

When you get to the security line - you get pulled aside and all eyes are on you. Some airports are more thorough then others - some are assholes and mean - some are apologetic and just want to get it over with. They always explain exactly where they are going to touch you before they do it and offer to provide a same sex person to do the pat down. I have never had them actually touch me in any of the places I would logically hide something...bra, underwear (front), or underwear rear (back). They seem to be mostly looking for something taped to your legs or chest. A dumb place to hide shit anyway!

The best way to avoid being sss'd is not to book or change flights within 1 week of travel.

Good luck
yo

What about female dog urine, isn't it supposed to drive younger male dogs nuts, if you know what I mean :fire:

Just something to buy you a little time maybe

great stuff...so how do i confuse the dog if im driving 50lbs across the country??
Ram lots of animals along the way. :-P

I was concerned that, even if I mask a grow room smell, that a trained dog doing a sweep might pick up on it...but I have two cats, with stinky cat litter. That should help, right?

we was comming back from ozzfest concert a few years ago and we got lost and found an officer setting on a road watching traffic so we drove to him and asked him where we were and how to get to our highway. he had a dog in his car and it was going crazy. i had been smoking plenty of bud but didnt have anything on me to get us in trouble. he told us how to get out of there and then he pulled out and left. he didnt search us or nothing even though his dog was going nutz. no point to my story just wanted to share. :P

wow, this is all the response the post gets? I thought it was well needed?

oh well better luck with my next entry I suppose?
Hey, your post made it to #2 on Google Search results for "how to thwart sniffer dogs" =) Good read, thanks.

I think the main reason why dogs can sniff out pot that is well packaged is because the people who did the packing probably had minute bits of resin all over their hands and spread it all over the packaging. This makes it too easy for the cur to find his or her treat. This idea was alluded to in the information above, but I think that it is the major problem with transporting weed and this cannot be over emphasized. So when packaging weed for transport, have the person with dirty hands carefully put the weed in the first package, and another person who is clean finish the job. Preferably wearing medical type gloves.

If you can contain the package in a carbon vented envelope of some kind, the minute residual aroma that goes through the sealed plastic will go through carbon and this is your best bet. Triple heat seal the parcel then the fourth heat sealed layer has a hole for air intake and a small computer fan using a circuit from your car ventilation system or what ever you can tap that matches the voltage of your fan to blow through (opposed to sucking from the filter) an odorsok filter. The odorsok filter should be the largest one you can find (preferably 14" diameter). The intake hole of the 4th layer envelope should be very small ( no more than 1/2" diameter) and the exhaust port that the fan sucks from should be the 1/2" and the fan should be attached with the appropriate sized plastic funnel to the small computer fan. The seals should be made with a combination of silicone ( via caulking gun) and FlexFix brand flexible duct tape. To seal everything well, first put copious amounts of silicone ( not too much that it never dries) and tightly wrap layers of the tape around said joints to be sealed.
What this rig does is it takes the minute airborne aromatic atoms that make their way through the third layer of plastic and vents them through the carbon before they can reach the air outside of the package. You will also need to spiral wind some vinyl tubing (Leaving only 1/2" of space between windings) around the three layer package so the air that gets sucked through the air interface between the third and fourth layer of plastic, is evenly exhausted through the filter.
