Did you let the buds dry fully?

Did the stem actually snap before you jarred em up?

And, Did you open the jars each and everyday to let the gases out?

If you did everything correctly, I would say keep curing em.

Good luck :)

What you're smelling is the chlorophyll dissipating, thus the cut grass, or hay-type smell during cure. I was worried about my last harvest for a while also, but had one special plant that was curing seperately from the rest that had a sort of bad smell.I let it go for about 40 days and the smell is gone, the taste and flavor are superb, the smoke is smooth and clean, and the buzz is right where I wanted it to be. Give it time, patience is as important during the curing process as it is during the actual growing. Just be sure to burp your jars as needed and it should be fine.

What ledhed said.

What i usually do is burp them for about 10 minutes a day and once a week take them out of the jar and repack. That grassy smell should be at a minimum in 2 weeks or so in the jars. Sometimes it takes longer depending on how fast they were dried.
