Sloooooooow Grow.. WTF!

This is the first time i've encountered this. They aren't growing fast, and haven't been since the day they popped out of the soil. I'm just going to be starting week 6 (day 41) of flower and these are sooooooo small. What can it be? I have 2 300W Led's in a 3x3 tent. I've used the lights before, so thats not the problem. Or is it? This is my 4th go around with them. I use them in veg and flower. I went very light on the nutes and with just plain watering. Sometimes only twice a week. The nutes were at 450-500 ppm. Wasn't until I fed them heavy one day (1200) that the buds started to form. I started off using straight coco, but things were acting up then too so I changed to Coco Loco.

I'm growing Super Lemon Haze, Jack Herer & Money Maker.

That's your problem.
I have my seedlings at 700 ppm from the get go, and at 6 weeks they are at 1400, at least.
Bump up your ppm to 1200 now, and you will see a big difference.
Good luck

Is it too late

70’s with 55% humidity during day. Not sure about at night but not far off.
Humidity is golden.
Imho
Ideal temps.

Day - room 75-80
- canopy 80, no higher.

Night - room 70 - 75.

I live in a really cold climate. Growing outdoors for me is sloooooow as shit.

If your temps are fine, then maybe bump your feed a "little bit". If it improves, keep bumping it up a little.
:peace:

Why did you go light on nutes? You should have a nute regimen. But if you say they have been growing slow as shit since they broke soil I would say it's crap genetics. Greenhouse?

He said that he has multiple strains, so the genetics shouldn't be an issue.
Must be the nutes, seeing as the lighting seems adequate
My tap water is 400 ppm, so essentially he hasn't fed them anything really.
I personally think most people don't feed their plants enough.
I run hydro, and my seedlings are at 700, 4 weeks there're at 1200 and I finish at 1500 ppm.
No burn issues, and El Grande bud. :)

Shit, sorry I must have a reading comprehension problem. Oh yeah, three strains. But anyway, they obviously are not developing any roots for some reason. Half the plant are the roots below, no roots - no plant, Danielson.

Thanks for your responses. I think it’s the nutes as well. Right after I upped it, the flowering started. This was last week. I’m going lite on them because ruptured my knees last year in an accident , and it’s hard to walk up and down stairs. So I don’t go down as often and feed them. Except for the last week.

Did your prior three attempts turn out good? I tend to think your strains might be slow growers...the Jack Herer is for sure. Some strains take many weeks to mature, also the truth is, LEDs just aren't intense lights, they don't penetrate light beyond the canopy of the plant very well.

Nutes are not to blame.

I have to restrain myself when it comes to people's belief that a plant can't mature on its own without the aid of nutritional supplements. If you have a healthy plant going into flowering, what you have is a plant that has a stockpile of nutrients already built into its structure. We administer nutrition not as a catalyst for budding, but rather to augment this process. This is especially true in soil growing.

I agree to a degree. I do think they need a little something though, especially in flower. These suckers didn’t show any sign of flower until I gave them some food.
As for my previous grows, they turned out great . Not as dense & I understand that the led light probably played a role in that. But it was super silver haze and even if the buds weren’t rock tight, it still smells and smokes amazing .

Here's a good video from Ajian Gold. Who's name I would rather not mention. He's one of the guys who created the strain.
Franco is an absolute legend. May the man rest in peace.

Notice with this grow the ec? Peak stretch and only 1.8 ec. Only an NPK of 1.2.2. You can bet the have C02, and all the trimmings as well. They're running 600watts of hps.
Guarantee they're mixing their own salts too.
Just look at the npk on our bottled nutrients? I guarantee they're a lot higher.
As I said. Imho. Start low. Raise your ppm in increments.
