In Roots Organics Soil, fed roots organics Uprising line dry amendments, EWC, myco, and 6.8ph spring water in 3 gallon pots...

Is this ph range ok? I was looking at the ph-nutrient uptake charts and almost all nutrients seem to be moderately available at this slightly alkaline range....if not what should be done? according to books, threads, etc proper ph should be ~6.2-6.5?

edit*- lightly fed plants-amended once every 2 weeks--is this the reason for soil being slightly alkaline? should I feed them more?
