Sittin on a plot of land

hey guys, i was burnin some ganja one day with my friend, and he told he offered me a proposition
he said he has 6ACORS of land in Tucson AZ that is just sitting there and he is not doing anything with it. He said that hell let me manage the land as if it were mine, but just pay tax if i can figure out a way to do somthing with it.
its not much, but you can make somthing out of it!
I'm asking all of you to help me figure out a way to start my own buisness somehow and make this land productive. What can I do????????????
I have two friend that are good at cutting hair, set up a barbor shop?
Or I can just spend hours of time farming and set up a tree buissness/plant nurserym and if marijuana laws pass, I could just upgrade to an organic ganja supplier
I need to find a way in these hard times....if someone can help me out with coming up with somthin

I cant just let this land sit there, people are losing land everyday.
I am 100% dedicated to do anything it takes to make somthing out of this.

Build a giant greenhouse that you could cool so it stays around 75-80 F during the day and 50-60 F at night. Grow some killer ganja, and sell it to Arizonians who get terrible mexi bud all the time.

setup a place where people can go and rally cars and charge them by the hour and let them bring there own car.......or rent spaces for people to grow their own fruit and veg garden allotment .... like a 5x5 spot rented out for 1 year at $50....

nice ideas guys, I would have to put in a lot of work cutting the weeds and making the land suitable for growing. I like the idea of renting small gardens to people, but I would have to calculate how much money will be spent on water, fertilizer and everythin else.
whats better? growing herb with or without a green house? its nice and dry out here, and the ganja grows perfect outdoors, and I mean perfect.

what a great opportunity. i would build a sweet little ranch, be self sufficient in growing all your fruits and vegetables and ganja, maybe breed and raise horses on the land. endless possibilities.
