did a lot of work today I replaced the drip column with an improved version & made a drip ring very similar in function to the factory waterfarm & I really trimmed the underside stuff leaves as well as the spindly limbs I fed last night @ 1250 ppm the new dripper pumps very good & oxygen exchange is better as well but what I like the best is the fact that if the res is 1 gal low it keeps pumping the next dwc I build is gonna be a lot better made unit including all the stuff I've learned in the past year it's just gonna be a lot better tested & engineered I don't think the plants will know the difference but routine maintenance will be much betterIMG_1707.JPGIMG_1708.JPG IMG_1709.JPGIMG_1710.JPG IMG_1711.JPG

she is responding well to pruning , defoliation & supercropping the stretch has seemed to have slowed somewhat hopefully everything is in place & my buds start developing she is drinking about a gallon a day I'll take a ppm reading tomorrow to see how much that gallon a day is nutrient uptake & how much is water as it has warmed up lately the new drip column is working really good & im thinking darkhearts 12 week description might end up being correct judging by the rate things are developing this just might be one of those strains that saves the best for lastIMG_1722.JPGIMG_1723.JPG IMG_1724.JPG

checked my nutes today they're sitting at 700 ppm. I fed Friday @ 1250 ppm. so over the weekend she has gobbled up 550 ppm. the supercropping is working out very well & I did a little fine tuning by tomorrow if the ppm. is close to 600ppm. I'm gonna drain & feed again she is exceeding my expectations now I'm just waiting now for my canopy to fill & even out IMG_1738.JPGIMG_1737.JPG

yesterday when I checked the ppm. had dropped to 590 that's a 110ppm. drop overnight so I changed out the reservoir & mixed a new batch of nutes @ ppm.1290 she continues to recover from my butcher job this will be the last feeding at this high of a ppm. from here on out I'll keep my ppm. @ 800-1000 as I think the stretch is slowing hopefully if my calculations are right my canopy should fill in & buds start packing on some weightIMG_1753.JPGIMG_1754.JPG IMG_1756.JPG

she continues to have a healthy appetite & im out of floranova so I'll be switching to soul synthetic nutrients from aurora innovations ( roots organic) as I'm using all my nutes up before I purchase any then I'm gonna simplify things scottyballs style as I like how simple it is as well as the results I see no benefit to feeding above 1000 ppm. if anything the heavy feeding seems to slow things in dwc & in my first dwc/waterfarm grow I really created myself problems all due to over feeding so these days I really watch my nutrient levels I upped my clones to 500 ppm. as they're getting new roots they've been at a reduced rate of 350 ppm. but yellowing it's either do or die the gg#4 had slime on the roots but the new roots are white & they're in a much cooler location I've been kind of lazy & putting both grows in my other thread I'm figuring these grow is gonna go into august instead of mid July IMG_1807.JPGIMG_1808.JPG IMG_1809.JPGIMG_1810.JPG

Had a seed she never pulled they unfortunately :(

But it was my fault, I let the rock wool dry up on me. You know the rest.
I lost a few clones in the last heat wave but I've moved things & just tonight put 5 superlemonhaze in to soak I've grown it in the past with great results I've also got sour grapes but that's a ways off yetIMG_1829.JPG
