Signing with a new Caregiver, have Questions.

I apologize ahead of time for a question that I'm sure has been asked plenty of times on here. I was wondering when I can "legally" buy from a caregiver that I just signed with. I don't know this fella, and I want to stick to the rules so neither of us could be in legal trouble. Also, what are the rules with transferring in a public place, like a parking lot of a business or something to that effect. Thanks!

same as its always been. Nothing wrong with growing or consuming cannabis. If said caregiver is a nice guy with good cannabis simply consume said cannabis and don't mention it to anyone who may feel otherwise. This plant has been safely (therefore legaly) been consumed for next to forever. Don't let what some idiot with a badge decide what you can do.

And besides, I'm pretty sure your not breaking any laws either.

Fuck laws

the "law" states a person may only obtain meds from his or her own designated caregiver (patient/caregiver hard cards IN hand) in order for the donation to be legal by the eyes of LARA. its just another red tape BS we must (if we choose to) abide by.

imo, once paperwork has been signed, copies made (each party has a copy), then its ok to transfer and donate.
