I'll check on the fabric when I go to walmart. I'll get an item #. You need to use the microscope to check the fabric for size.

No problem man. I need to find something you can compare size to. I'll let you know. You need to find something of a known size, about .010 of an inch. I'll check something there and let you know the item #.

Ok, giving it another shot with the timer and heater installed. Just put them in. 5 of the six survived on the last run, some much faster than others. I think it was taking to long and the cuttings were using up all the nutes they had stored and the last 2 are nowhere near as far along as the first. The last one I gave up on and chucked. Could have taken at least 20 off my 14 inch mother but took just 6.This one looks much more indica than the other 2 that are in flower. Curious to see what she will produce. I sure as hell hope she is faster than the last 2, still waiting on them.

yeah, its a fucking wonderful organic soil with more awesome stuff in it than i can think to name. its said you can get a full veg period with no nutes just by usin this soil. so yeah, theres plenty to keep them busy for a while.

Edit: roots organic soil

Wanted to check it out so here is a thread on it.

Sounds like good stuff but I doubt it will go full veg. Maybe some plants but not the ones we love. That's what I like about the Foxfarm, Gives them about the first months worth of great stuff to get started. Saves on nutes too. The heater is doing good in the cloner. Keeping it about 77-78 deg.

huh, nice. the lady at the hydro store said dont use any nutes for at least three weeks. i keep my mother in it and never feed her grow nutes. she does pretty well. i guess if ur runnin clones with little veg time it makes it so u dont need any veg nutes at all. but i burnt the shit out of my little clones when i gave them a little AN flowering rememdy while they were in the soil

I give them a low dose right off in hydro with no problem. In soil I use FF ocean forest so no nutes for a couple weeks. I wait till they start showing they want some.

I have used gel this time but have not used anything the last few times. I prefer to put a little something in the water instead.

Nothing great to report on this run. It's been 12 day's and still going, 2 of the 6 have just started to show a root. The cuttings look good still but have not gone very fast. Who knows it could be the strain also that is slow. If they all survive that at least would be a good thing. Going to try again after these without the gel and see what happens. One of the clones from the last batch is doing well and was put in flower a couple days ago. Looking forward to see what she does, have not flowered this one before.
