Sick plants - Help!

What's wrong with my plants? The one is all curled and retarted, some of the others are starting to have yellow leaves, and the one in the last picture is all droopy..

some more info would be helpfull. What kind of soil? Hopefully not miracle grow. How often have u been watering? You watering with nutrients? Hopefully not yet as they are still seedlings. What's the temps at plant level? What kind of lighting you have? To me it looks like a heat or overwatering or a combination of both

Heh, it's my first grow so go easy ^^. Unfortunately I did use Miracle Grow Seed Starting, I then moved onto Sta-Green potting soil, unfortunately I believe both have time released ferts.. I also have not been watering w/ nutes and I finally have 8 26W CFLs.. I meant to grab a thermometer today but I completely forgot, it is a lil toasty in there though..
