Should I use a T5 or a 250 watt hps for a 1 plant scrog grow?

Hello everyone. I am going to try a 1 plant scrog grow. I have a 36x20x60 tent. I was wanting to know your thoughts on what light I should use. I was thinking a T5 light that is 2ft x 6bulb or a 250watt air cooled hps?

with the t-5 your losing a foot of coverage on one side of the tent so probably the 250
