you dont teach you preach!
Ok, If posting info from a university is "preaching" then I am done replying to you, Like talking to a wall. Go fight with someone else in the thread who made bigger statements than me. Or better yet, learn some damn reading comprehension, spend your time learning rather than whining.Later.

Nutrients are converted into sugars and then feed the plant along with what energy is gathered from the fan leaves from light. Removing them doesn't aid in this process it hinders it. Getting more light to lower nodes (Unless you lollipop) is your best option to bigger output from the upper and lower buds. Flushing also hinders feeding, the last two weeks of flowering is the most important. This is of course what I have observed from my 16 years of growing. I could be wrong.

flush toilets NOT plants.

do you flush your tomato plants, your cucumber plants, lettuce, ect. you get where im going huh?

ive done a side by side of flushed vs non flushed with my pateints of each strain. they couldn't tell the difference one bit. as long as your not hammering the nutes form day 1, your medicine will result in a great taste. and ANYONE can get their burnt ash in their pipe stone white to look all clean and shit. just keep the torch on it till its white.

I don't use bottle nutes, just roots soil amended + teas.
Always fall colors @ the end + tasty potent buds.

Mines great fresh dried, but a couple months of curing really makes a difference in taste.
