Should I scrap my project?

So I started a project without thinking about overhead and long term necessities and time consumption.

I'm a newb but I think I have a grasp on atleast the basics, most of the equipment was hand me downs from friend whos method I was i trying.
(FF Soil + perlite + vented hoods + basic nutes)

Project equipment as stands is:
2 sealed vented hoods, 2 hps bulbs, 2 (1k) ballasts, 2 inline fans, 1 orbital fan, ducting, 6x6 room, panda filmed w/ zipper

Some of the drawbacks:
Ballasts are running on 120v?
Started from bag seeds
7 out of the 12 seeds took
1 out of the 7 was male
Deficiencies at bottom growth
Aphids or thrips infestation
Never been topped or fimmed
Never been pruned or lollipoped
No air control or dehumidifier
Room is a mess

They've been vegged for about
two months on 600watts per hood
and the tallest is around 2-3ft
I don't plan on vegging much longer and have to make a decision to either flip these get subpar bud and yield or
scrap it and try again with more investment of money, time, and knowledge.

3rd route would be to go deeper in hole:
Buy a portable A/C ($$$)
Buy a small dehu ($$)
Buy a decent carbon scrubber ($$$)
Buy alot more nutes ($$)
Fight of pests + super clean room
Trellis or cage them down
Flip em 12/12 and cross my fingers the bud was worth all my time, effort, & money?

Anyone who knew they were better off scrapping their grow rather then continuing into failure? Input needed.

Have pics if needed after a few replys.
Thanks.

No need to scrap. Make notes daily on your grow. Specifically what you want to change for future grows. What is working and not working. if they are 2-3 feet tall flip them. Finish the grow. Go through the learning process as was stated already and learn from it. Throwing money at your grow isn't going to change your grow skills. There is nothing but time to learn, improve both your skills and your equipment. Solve one problem at a time and keep moving forward.

I agree with everyone to
Finish it. For sakes of your yield, I'd top it tho. That way you get more and have to worry less about hight.
