I do doubt that I even have a chance in a million, but here goes...Oh, if it makes a difference at all I'm almost 46 (October)

Points:

1.) I have had ADD all of my life and only been actually diagnosed with it since 2011. Never taken a THING for it ('cept green, and ...SATIVA'S work well for it...so, self-medicated I suppose, as one might say...FUCK THOSE NA pricks that say I'M addicted and RATIONALIZING!)

2.) I am EXTREMELY dyslexic, as well (lost a forklift / order picking job for it [especially given the ADD with it]...all the part #'s too similar to each other in each product line.)

3.) Am also moderately OCD, probably of no consequence, here, but maybe.

4.) Now for the physical: I broke my back on my mountain bike in about summer '97. That was NOT confirmed by the ER Doc, who sent me home with an ANALGESIC for God's sake! My Mother had to come and take care of me for a week, took me 15 minutes to get out of the bed, then on two feet the first two mornings.

A neurosurgeon told me I was wasting his and my time, after he would NOT MRI the area , but my CHEST of all places! Self- Righteous PRICK. After I explained the bike accident and that I was concerned about my razor just slipping out of my hand and falling into the sink and I didn't even NOTICE 'till I heard it crash into the sink, twice within a week [bout 3 months or so after the accident]...was also experiencing numbness, ting-lings and shooting pains and the like, he would not MRI my lower back!

3 years after the accident, when I started going to a Chiropractor again after not for about 4 years, he asked me one visit shortly after I started back if his son (also a DC) had told me I had ...such and such...some medical term. I asked what that meant, and he said, matter-of-factly, "Well, basically, you broke your back". 3 YEARS after the fact!

Now it is starting to grind, snap, crackle and pop and get out of adjustment, causing pain, but not severe. That can happen 1 to 4 times a week, now. Not looking forward to THIS progression, but most times I am comfortable.

Let's just SAY that my Family Doc (in Indiana...I'm in Michigan, though, on the border, who can't prescribe Mary Jane, but can do either Marinol or Sativan, to the best of my knowledge, anyway, does prescribe one or the other, after I explain all of these things to him and have the DC send all records of that time, with the X-rays (My family doc is ans Ostio Minor, so will accept those records as solid)... Would That be enough to go to a MI Doc to get a card, and are there any Docs in SW, Lower MI I SHOULD bring something like that to who would be sypathetic to my case? Names, please, if so...
