Shoe box stealth grow

I'm doing a shoebox grow this time its my second run and im excited to see what kind of yields I can get. heres what im using

- 1 80mm PC fan
- 1 42w 6500k CFL
- 1 26w 6500k CFL
- Left over MG soil
- Mircle Grow all purpose plant food

I love it! Here's my smallest set up... a hallowed out guitar amp. Good luck with this, do you plan on doing a full grow in there or just starting them?

Is it cheating if you cut a hole in the top for a heatsink/fan to protrude from? 'cuz you'd have a lot more light and space for plants with less heat if you had a few Vero 10's ups there.

edit: I guess not since you have the base of your CFLs protruding from the top.

Nice setup man. im not sure if i'll get a bigger space or just stick with this for flower. I have a rubbermade box that I might tilt sideways. sticka few fans in. maybe a cheap led. like those ufos look pretty cool. I would like your post but I cant find the button.

Say what!?!!? A shoebox grow!?! Makes the bigass computer tower I just got seem like a palatial estate by comparison! I'm interested to see how this pans out.

You cant be fucking serious! next you guy's are gonna be growing inside of paper cups with a led on top. I gotta see this shit. It's like a grow for a Chihuahua. I've heard of stealth but they're gunna have to come up with a new word for this!

-Replace those bulbs with 65w CFL's to maximize your Lumen output. They are available at Lowes or Home Depot. Concentrate your lighting onto the plants, and make sure you have reflective walls. Lighting is THE MOST important element for a thriving indoor garden.
