if you had over 6 plants then they should of got chopped. no one needs over 6 plants

Give people a break on that.. please agree that there is a difference between 6 plants that are 10ft tall and 5lbs each and the guy with 30 plants and most are for breeding to find the best qualities. Seriously, why cant I grow 10 plants that are waist high and out of sight rather than 1x 10ft monster, or 6 for that matter? After all, these local regulations are based on an environmental code which can easily be combated in a court of law/appeals.

I kinda like the new Butte county regulation which says that they dont care how many plants, they just have to maintain to limited grow space. Grow space = yield, not plant count..

People V. Kelly was the law I thought?

@dirtsurfr
As for using codes to subvert the will of the people if you could prove that you might have a challenge. Easier and cheaper to try to get it into law where you guys can grow. Insane eh? and while we are fighting this Monsanto and duPont etc.... are eating our lunch. sigh........

There's no court involved and I'm not to sure what the fines will cost.
No court means you can't present your case.
Kinda like when you have a car impounded your screwed.
If you don't pay the fine they take your house.
