I guess I can see a couple of those ingredients giving you a slight buzz..
you mention Delosperma cooperi contains DMT (and also 5-MeO-DMT) but I do not see a MAOI and DMT is not orally active *so I don't see the purpose of this ingredient?
Green Tea Extract to the best of my knowledge is just a very powerful anti-oxidant.
Theobromine is the active chemical in chocolate, it is related to caffeine.
Bitter Orange (synephrine if I am right?), which is related to ephedrine (stimulant).
Guarana Extract is just a stimulant (mainly caffeine).
5-htp is a common precursor to serotonin.
Dimethylamine.. I don't know why they add this, it reacts with a lot of things to make a lot of nasty compounds. for example:
"Dimethylamine is a precursor to several industrially significant compounds. It reacts with carbon disulfide to give dimethyldithiocarbamate, a precursor to a family of chemicals widely used in the vulcanization of rubber. The solvents dimethylformamide and dimethylacetamide are derived from dimethylamine. It is raw material for the production of many agrichemicals and pharmaceuticals, such as dimefox and diphenhydramine, respectively. The chemical weapon tabun is derived from dimethylamine. The surfactant lauryl dimethylamine oxide is found in soaps and cleaning compounds. Unsymmetrical dimethylhydrazine, a rocket fuel, is prepared from dimethylamine."
Sceletium tortuosum this is probably our winner. It releives stress/anxiety, can bring euphoria, act as a stimulant, and once it starts to metabolize, act as a sedative. It does fall under the category of being an empathogen.. so I would imagine this is why you stated it is similar to mdma.
